Generator inside of a structure

GC decided the future generator should go inside of a concrete structure, the top of said structure functions as on-grade parking for a residence. Is there anything to know about a generator going indoors? Mainly wondering about means of disconnect, whether something has to be outside of the building.

A few things fresh air intake is important so that needs to be addressed. On one job we did the make up air intake duct was too small and the generator was running too hot. We always had an E-stop on the outside of the room adjacent to the door.
