Generator Neutral Grounding Reactor and 60 to 50 Hz conv

First part is

I am looking out for a brief calculation on determining a neutral gorunding reactor for a generator.

The next and more intresting part problem is, I am dealing right now wiht a project of converting a 60 Hz system (substation) to 50 Hz one. Has some one done this before. Would like to have advice on the changes to be made to the High voltage susbstation regarding LA,PT,CT,Disconnector,Transformer, Fuses, Relays, etc.

What kind of prime mover, diesel engine, gas turbine, or hydro?
