Generator size

We have a customer who needs a generator he has 2 100 hp 480v motors 1 main motor 1 lag both run off vfd's and a 200 amp load that continuous from transformers 480/277 not sure if there is any other equipment to add. My boss will be renting a 500kw unit from ever thing i here.
Are they close with there estimate on sizing this thing ? Not sure how they come up with that size.

If your looking to install a permanent genny to company you by it from will happily size that for you.

Are you saying only one motor can run at any given time? If thats the case then a 150 would do the job.

In the Code is the requirement to meet all service requirements of appling electricial service... Let's go there, seems almost universal... .

Math or other wise you have to proof it!
