If you google "sizing electric generator design software" you will find a number of sites
that will allow you to download a program that will size the generator for you.
Caterpillar has a nice one.

Curiosity Question: (nothing to do with sizing your generator)
I've never seen a motor with a "120/240 3phase" nameplate rating. What brand and how old is it?

I used the Generac Software and it recommended 175 kw. WSuggest you talk to a mfg.
