Generator sizing question 240V-3ph

Standby generator sized for a whole building (100KW ball park - gas fired):

With a 120/240V 3 phase service given that there is probably a significant larger load on the two poles (for lighting etc.) - How does that affect the generator sizing?
 
In several ways.

1. You have to make sure the generator can be wired 3ph 4-wire like your service.

2. You have to presume all phases will see the load level your greatest loading is.
