Generator under a deck

My customer wants to install a 22kw Honeywell under a deck, if I’m going off the installers manual we should be good (18” clearance from existing walls, 5’ ,clearance vertically, 10’ from openings and windows etc). I can’t seem to find anything in the code book challenging this either. I’m asking because rarely do I install these anywhere but the side of the house or next to free standing meters. This red circle is basically where we would want to put it. It’s technically in open air just with this vine fencing he’s built around it.
