This is on name plate. Is it Single-phase or 3-phase?
220-240/380-420V 50Hz
2,3/2,30A 1300 1/min
220-280/380-480V 60Hz
2,1/1,20A 1600 1/min

If that is all that is given, with no indication of being 3?, I'd say single phase.

Any connection diagrams on motor or terminal/lead markings... and how many terminal/leads?

380-420V 50Hz would usually be voltages for a three phase machine.
Single phase motors in this neck of the woods are usually 220/230V.
I have never seen a single phase motor rated at 400V in this country (UK) or in any other in continental Europe. Doesn't mean they don't exist... but, on balance of probabilities, my feeling is that the motor in the OP is three phase.

I'm trying to figure out what the 2,3/2,30A and 2,1/1,20A numbers mean.
I'll try to post picture ones I figure out how.

I been using this forum for long time - lots of great info...

A nameplate photo would be helpful in deciphering these numbers.

I'd first say you (or they) have a typo in the 2nd data line in that it probably reads "2,3/1,30A 1300 1/min"

They are giving you the fact that it is a dual voltage motor, and they are giving you the voltage tolerance at the same time as well as how different frequencies will affect it.

220-240/380-420V 50Hz
2,3/1,30A 1300 1/min
Means that on a 50Hz supply, the lower voltage input can range from 220-240V and the full load current, likely at 220V, is going to be 2.3A. The high voltage input range is 380-420V and the FLC at 380V will be 1.3A.

Likewise for the 60Hz figures.

Note that outside of North America, they use commas for decimal places instead of points like we do.

Some places, yes. UK uses decimal points just like you do.
I think it is common for English speaking countries. At least the ones I've had dealings with.

220-280/380-480V 60Hz
2,1/1,20A 1600 1/min

I'd guess at three-phase connected in delta for 240V and star (Y) for 420V.
We had a small motor fail about thee weeks and this is the data I sent to our supplier for a quotation.

Cage Induction Motor
Manufacturer :Brook Hansen
Type : AD9DL K51676
Supply Voltage :220-240 Delta 380-415 Star 3-phase, 50Hz
Output : 2.2 kW
Poles : 2-pole
Rating : S1 (CMR)
Cooling : Shaft mounted fan
Protection : IP 55
Insulation Class : F
Temp Rise : B
Mounting : Horizontal, Foot, IM 1001
Shaft extension :Single bare keywayed shaft extension (key included)

It had 60Hz data on it as well, but since that isn't relevant here in the UK, I didn't include that.

It's a similar format to the information you have which is what inclines me to think that it's three phase.
Note that, for European motors, the power is given in kW. That is rated output power.

Yuo are right. There was a typo. I guess the zere confused me. 2,3/1,3A would look better.
I still have to open it so see the wiring and try to figure out whether its 1/3 Phase.

Pretty sure it's three phase for the reasons I gave above.
Another good clue is that the higher voltage ranges are square root of three (1.732) times the lower voltage ranges.
It's the right ratio between star and delta which wouldn't be applicable to single phase.

Doesn't the nameplate have symbols on it like a Y or a Δ ?
What about power rating?
