About how much can I expect?, Also what is the trip current for a class A GFCI, I ask because I was troubleshooting something at my parents house and was measuring about 20 mA.

Would you say a GFCI recp. draws more or less the the KWH meter from the power co?

I don't know how much they draw but a GFCI should trip at around 4 to 6 ma.

Gfci Recep as well as arc fault breakers & GFCI breakers do as well.

Nope, as that load of the second GFCI is line to line and not line to ground.
