Gfci in the basement

can some one help me out in nyc do you have to put gfci in the basement if the floor is tile or only when it is and unfinish basement u need to put the gfci

Are the walls finished? If they have only tiled the floor and nothing else, that is unfinished. What exactly have they done?

yes every thing is finish but i want to knpo if they is any code on puting gfci in the basement if the floor is concreat or not tile

No, not specifically for that. You do have the usual, such as baths, wet bars, etc., but for anything else, no. Of course, there is always the AHJ, but I have never had one ask for them.

What exactly is the room called ? That makes a differance.
