GFCI on 240V range receptacles

quote below directly from 2017 NEC 210.8(B) -

(B) Other Than Dwelling Units. All single phase receptacles rated 150 volts to ground or less, 50 amperes or less and three-phase receptacles rated 150 volts to ground or less, 100 amperes or less installed in the following locations shall have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel.

208Y/120 five pronger is covered. what about 240/120 high leg system because one leg is above 150?

I think household ovens are exempt.

It looks like they wouldn't be if they were not in dwelling units.

But, if it's not in a household, would it still be a 'household' oven?
