In a commercial kitchen we have been asked to install circuits and receptacles for a coffee maker and a toaster, both are 208V 1PH 30A (no neutral). Both appliances will be located next to a sink. Our concern is for GFCI protection on receptacles next to a sink. However, the GFCI references we find in the Code all address 125V 15A and 20A devices. Is GFCI protection required for 208V 1PH 30A cord and plug attached appliances in a commercial kitchen???

The answer is NO, as rcarroll says.
Still NO if they were 208/120V. with a "neutral" connection.
