Gfci protection

I have a detatched garage sub panel fed with a 2 pole 30amp gfci breaker, do the branch circuits from that panel need to be gfci protected?

IMO, no...but I also think it is a bad design

Interesting setup, but, I'd say no.

You are however putting all of your eggs in one basket having it that way.

Recps on GFCI, yes. Lights no.
Now when you are using a table saw and the GFCI trips, there go your lights.
