GFCI Reference Chart

I seem to remember a GFCI chart in the 2014 NEC that referenced where to find GFCI protection requirements pertaining to other than section 210.8 code articles. Is there a page that lists article numbers' location when looking up other than 210.8 equipment GFCI requirements? Thanks

Never saw a chart, but the index is a pretty handy place to start.

I think I may be remembering the chart from something Mike Holt published or and article I read by someone else. I looked through my code book again and didn't see it there.
