I have serveral dehumidifiers plugged into GFCIs at several locations in underground pump vaults. I am having issues with nuisance tripping of the GFCIs, is there anything I can do to wire around the GFCI or install a dedicated circuit for the device without the GFCI?

Maybe the GFCI's are doing their job correctly. Have you considered replacing the dehumidifiers with units that don't leak >5mA to ground?

I would be looking for the cause of the tripping, not a way to keep them from tripping. They are doing what they were designed to do.
If the issue is climbing down to reset them, you could use GFCI breakers if the panel is more readily accessible, easier to get to.
