Actually that is still one the list of tools that JW is required to have under our local contract. (just the brace and bit extension is on the list, the contractor would have to supply the bit) I wonder what the contractor would do if a JW pulled it out and started drilling the holes in the studs with that?Cordless tools have been around for a very long time.
