I want to install a series of seven receptacles with GFCI in the shop area for electrical tools. Can I just use one GFCI or all seven has to be GFCI on the same dedicated circuit breaker?
The code does not specify how many receptacles can be downstream of one GFCI recpetacle. This will be a manufacturing listing. My concern would be total load for the seven receptacles used in a shop for tools. Why can't you split these up on a couple or more circuits?
