Trip the breaker and test it. You'll know for sure. Test from the main to the neutral load and see what happens.Does a GFI BREAKER break the hot and the grounded conductor when tripped ?
I have never seen a GFCI breaker that opens the neutral conductor. I do not know of a GFCI receptacle that does not.
I just put a Square D HO AFCI combo breaker in my own homes' panel... I turned it on, pressed the test button and still had continuity between the neutral terminal and the pigtail.

There you go and it is probably the same for GFCI.
P&S GFI recep: Tripped unit. Continuity between the line terminal and neutral recep slot, but no continuity between the line and load terminals.
Well I actually meant GFCI breaker not recep. since you tested the afci breaker. :smile:
