So if there is only 1 lighting outlet in a area then as per written one can extrapolate that it must not be GFCI or you need two lighting outlets on separate GFCI.
A receptacle is not a lighting outlet.

Now you got it. If it is just one lighting outlet snag the power from the hall lighting circuit. Its not rocket science.

If there where two lighting outlets both could be on GFCIs.
