Good day!

Does 2500A, 3P, 240VAC MCCB Main Service connected to 34.5kv WYE / 240V/138V Wye (3phase 4 wires system) transformer requires to have ground fault protection?
NEC Art. 230.95 only mentioned 480/277v wye solidly grounded for each service disconnect rated 1000A or more shall have Ground-Fault Protection of Equipment.
