Don't think this was the entire reason for hi usage in one month but I am glad I pulled the meter before going down. Recept is on line side of disconnect. No fusing except primary of transformer.

Couple more.

I have been to the Well Drillers required CEU and helped with seminars on grounding a couple times. (Scary, huh). These picts will be in next years "what not to do" You can't see it from this angle of the well cap but the old 3 wire pump cable brought over from the contoller has a spot worn through the insulation, no doubt energizing the riser on occasion.

Intermittent stimulation is good for the senses.....

Well and wellhouse wiring is usually some of the worst I see.....
