Glass bottle fixture connector ?

Shot in the dark here..... I saw this fixture in a restaurant a couple of years ago and now have a need to find one or recreate it.

Any idea what that connector holding the bottle is?

My first guess is LFMC (Sealtite) connectors.

Make for an interesting "May I see what will fit these?" trip to the supply house.

Appears to be a male/ female explosionproof union, (female half discarded) with a appropriate sized o-ring to grip the bottle mouth.

Looks like parts of a dielectric union to me, since it is constructed of mostly black iron pipe & other plumbing parts just makes sense to me.

That is pretty cool.
My first guess is look up electrical hickeys they were pretty common up here.
I thinking that they just covered over a small round j- box with at that flange.
Do you know what they used for light sockets?

What I hoped to be able to find is some sort of LED/cord integrated combo that I could fish through the pipe. Or some sort of LV lighting.

No. But from what I could see it’s some sort of light source on the end of a cord placed into the bottle.

No success yet. I’ve got to either find a flat bushing that will fit just under the threads, or cut the glass.

I’m going to try it both ways; will go back to Lowe’s tomorrow and look for the bushing.

I also found someone selling gate valve switches on amazon. I’m going to order one and just play around with it.

Valve in OP has a pipe port opposite the valve handle - don't know if there is such a valve. My suspicion is it is actually a 4 port T fitting and they somehow added handle to one of the ports just for looks reasons. Would be a lot easier to fish wires through that than something that actually had gate style valve also.

Cord connector might work great, but does put you into needing at least 1 inch size bodies to fit the bottle.
