I believe a company called Texso Inst. sells the salisbury gloves for $60.00, cheapest price on the market. Just in case look at http://www.texsoinstruments.com/arc-flash-apparel/hand-safety-protection . They also have great information on certification for the gloves.

Corvib High Voltage is the best supplier I've found. I owned their class 00 glove kit (until I punched a hole in one of the rubbers 
) and was mighty pleased with it. They provide enough dexterity to work with ground screws and orange wire nuts after a little practice.
