That approach seems consistent with the idea of charging someone $90 for a tandem breaker as described on another thread. You could pay for a whole day of his wages with the markup on the upsell of one breaker.

Not really. The difference between the wholesale cost of a breaker to the contractor and the retail selling price to the customer is not profit. It is already spent, for the most part. Surely you realize that.
