Has anyone used this bender? Greenlee website indicates is is good for EMT, rigid and IMC. I don't recall seeing a Chicago bender before that does EMT and their site doesn't mention sizes.

I hope to find one that does 1 1/4 and maybe 1 1/2 and get our co. to buy it. We are still forced to use 1 1/4 hand benders on small jobs where we don't have a 555 or 855. I'm not lazy or slack, but more than 1 or 2 manual bends with 1 1/4 is too much.

We do alot of 3/4 and 1" RMC on our jobs. We have maybe 5 Chicago Benders. IMO it makes for a better job tighter bends. If you do alot of rmc it's a no brainier

Yes, I've used them many times for small rigid like that. Some had a strange quirk on 1/2 rigid though. Too small radius on a 90, illegal in fact. I never understood that, being it was specifically made for electrical conduits. I don't recall the model but it was a Greenlee for 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch rigid.

We used our 1818 quite a bit before we got a couple of 555's. It worked well on rigid, but I could never make a proper emt bend to save my life. We always used a different bender if we needed to do custom emt bends.
