Ground conductor sizing

Attached sketch i have incoming poco conductors into Fire pump ATS/controller/disconnect all in one.

Between the Fire pump ATS/controller/disconnect all in one and the Fire Pump the ground cable is provided by the contractor and so is the phase conductors.

How does one size the ground cable between Fire pump ATS/controller/disconnect all in one and Fire pump label (1) in attached sketch?Which Article and section? Looked in 695 but did not find

As Fred said, it's in 250. If you can't find it you should find some code classes in your area to help you

If it's not an EGC then it's a GEC.

Fred: GEC? I dont follow. It bonds Fire pump ATS/controller/disconnect all in one to Fire pump. It does not go to grounding electrode or grounding electrode system?

Fred thanks for sharing some say size per Table 250.102(c) and some say size Table 250.66?
