Is there an NEC code requirement to have Ground Fault Indication on Switchboards over a certain amount of amperage?

Are we talking ground fault indication or ground fault protection. 240.13 is for ground fault protection. Ground fault indication would be for detecting ground faults in an ungrounded system.
Add: ground fault indication would also be detection of a ground fault for a high impedance ground system.
