Ground Grid Resistance Measurement

Greetings,

I was wondering what is the most and best common method to measure the resistance of ground grid or ground electrode. C
an electrical contractor run this test?
Will the inspectors ask for it during inspection?

I typically request fall of potential type test.
Anyone with the meter can do it. No inspector asks for it unless you try to get away with a single ground rod installation for a new service.
