Ground Mount Solar Rack Grounding/Bonding

I will be ground mounting 4 rigid solar panels to an IntegraRack solar rack and using water tote tanks to anchor the rack. The panels will be wired in series and connected to a PV disconnect. The PV wire will be run from the disconnect and underground (approx. 90 feet) through rigid metal conduit to the garage. I will be using the panels to charge an Anker Solix F3800 Plus, which will be used for backup power via a 10-circuit 30amp manual transfer switch. What are the grounding and bonding requirements in this scenario?
