Ground Prong Up or Down??
I realize this could be argued over and over, I have had to install plugs in both directions. Some use OSHA as an excuse and some use NEC, who or what is documented as being the total truth?

Work has been crazy lately, many service type calls. Also hunting season is open which means we have a few guys out on vacation. :)
