run a ground wire because....
working around grain elevators and industrial locations i have seen many pipes broken or damaged. In a underground installation future diggging or even thermal expansion can seperate conduits. When the conduit seperates you loose all grounding past that point. The circuit many still work; making it worse since nobody know there is a problem

So when using EMT or RGS why ever run a ground wire? If that spec calls for a separate ground?
