Grounding An Unattached Garage???

I'm running a 100A sub-panel about 120ft to an unattached garage. What's the proper way of grounding the garage? Should I run a 100A 4-wire and install a grounding rod at the garage?

The main house is grounded properly I just upgraded From 100A to 200A about a week ago.

Yes it will need 2 ground rods and i suggest 4 wire in pvc

This is a good article on the subject,.. it is based on the 2005 nec if your are on the 2008 nec 4 wire is required...
