I remember something in a video about not bring a EGC from a house to the boat dock shore power panel for it's already being grounded/bonded via a ground rod at the shore power panel. I realize it is code for it is a sub panel of the house. Can you send something to... bring more light onto this? It not clicking in my mind totally for why would you bring a path for lightning or other into a home when it wants the shortest path to ground/source.
