Grounding Bus Bar Torque Lugs

Need to double check if #4/0 ground wire from the grounded buried loop needs to have the 2 hole compression lugs torque when connecting them to the grounding bus bar.

Also, the other equipment ground wires that eventually get connected to the grounding bus bar also need lugs torqued?

This is in an industrial building and I can’t find anything in the specs indicating it’s required, but I think I need to do it.

Thank you

Forgot to mention the growing bus bar is about a 12”x4” type mounted on the wall/pillar with mounting brackets and insulators.

What size bolts are you using? I would use a standard torque setting based on the bolts.

Not sure on bolt size
They are what would be used on #4/0 double hole crimp lug
And the smaller sizes (eventually for equipment … #6, #8, etc.) will also be double hole crimp style lugs.
