Grounding electrode conductor continuous or not

Oooops, I was actually looking at 2011 which is 250.122 and 2014 was the same.

So are the jumpers sizes on 250.66, and a250.53(c) Looks like the gec to from service to underground metal water pipe water should be sized #4 ? since the service has 3/0 ungrounded conductors.

same with bonding jumper going to the concrete encased electrode which doesn’t have to be any larger than #4 and #4 to the ground ring based on 250.66 and the 3/0 ungrounded service conductors?

The bonding jumper that goes from underground metal water pipe to the structures metal would you use 250.104(c)? Which then tells you to size based on 250.102(c)(1)? Which again would be #4. Then from the structure you can jump to the single ground rod with #6?

This is all done using 2017 book and conductors are all copper.
