Would like to know if a grounding electrode conductor should be installed to the cold water when I install an Interruptable Air Conditioner Circuit wiring? Also what if I install a two circuit panel taped off the meter just for an electric dryer or stove? Both of these instalations would be another set of mains. I would install a grounding electrode off both main panels if I was installing a dual service as in a Two family home, but I have not seen a grounding electrode installed for either of the above mentioned instalations. Any comment would be helpful.
