Grounding for a floating restaurant

Any thoughts or leads on grounding of a floating restaurant/ bar. The service will be located on shore. Ground rods and gec at the service. water service is pex, bonding of metal structure to the equipment grounding conductor? Any ideas?
 
LOL.......LMAO.............seriously dude sometimes you really crack me up....thats so funny...

I can't take credit for it though...that was a twist on a famous line from the late Bennie Palmer who was a prolific member here several years ago. But it was just totally appropriate for the question at hand. :D
