Grounding Immersion tanks in a Anodize room

We have a Anodize room with a raised metal grating floor and immersion tanks . Some of the tanks are plastic and some are metal . Some have immersion type heaters in them . We have solid #9 ground run to the grating and to the tanks . Is there a code that references proper grounding in this area or do we just basically go with the NEC and section 250.104 .

The tanks that have immersion heaters have a ground run with the feeds to them . We are just wondering about the metal grating and the metal tanks themselves.
