Grounding metal enclosure

What are the grounding requirements for an outdoor metal environmental enclosure comprised of metal floor, ceiling and walls. This is a temporarily manned self contained structure with no electrical service to the structure. Is there a requirement for such a structure to be grounded for lightning protection?

Not per the NEC. You may wish to review the NFPA 780 in the event you choose to install a lightning protection system.
