Grounding of a floating barge

What are the ground requirements for a floating metal barge with a seperately derived portable 300 KVA 480 Volt 3 Phase power source.

The power source is installed on the barge and is not & will not be connected to a land power source.

The hull becomes your world for the purpose of grounding. Don't drive a ground rod :D

Make a good mechanical connection from the neutral at the generator to the metal deck.
Cad-weld is a good product.

Use extra caution with all line voltage conductors, due to the low impedance ground plane.
