Grounding of solar PV module frames

What specific alternatives are different jurisdictions allowing for the grounding of solar photovoltaic module frames, when the manufacturer's hardware, instructions or grounding hole location are not adequate?

What's not adequate?

Edit: Or I should say can you be more specific? The only thing I'm imagining so far is maybe the hole's too small to connect the size GEC you need.

To be more specific - the single U.L. listed grounding hole provided by the manufacturer is sometimes too small (6/32) to adequately support a grounding lug for a #10 or #8 wire. Also, the location of the ground hole is frequently in a very impractical location.

That can't be right, what are you gonna do with a 6-32?
