grounding vs bonding

I have 8 sets of 750al in 8 4inch pvc conduits coming from power co transformer to 2500amain .system is 120/208 3phase 4wire with fullsize neutral.4/0ground grid at transformer , 3/0gr0und to water at mdp.Do i need 600mcmal in each of the 8 service entrance conduits to satisfy 250-122?

No. But you do need to install a system/"main" bonding jumper at MDP.

If it shipped with the gear, [it was] "service rated", your good to go.

thanks for replying. thats what i thought . any chapter and verse to help me settle this matter. i see the neutral as ground at this point in circuit .
 
I believe that 250.24(C) is where the "grounded" conductor brought to the service would provide the same function/service as installing a "bonding" conductor. The bonding conductor added would become another "grounded" conductor in parallel.
 
Where's the "service point" i.e. meter? 'Round these parts the utility co sizes and installs the service lateral conductors which are not governed by NEC. Are you sure you're not biting off more than you need to?
