Grounding

Have job all the wiring is to be in EMT. Engineer note says all conduits to have insulated bushing and ground clamps.
Insulated bushings I get but to have a ground clamp on every conduit that hits a recept./lighting box makes no sense right?

Doesn't sound right to me. Ask the engineer to clarify what s/he means and which NEC section applied.

While the engineer needs to clarify, they are his specs and they apply to the job There is likely not an NEC section that requires what his specs require.
