Grouping and identifying of conductors

How come you must group all associated conductors for a specific circuit but you don’t necessarily need to identify it’s circuit number(number tags etc)

Are you asking about multiple circuits in a raceway? For individual cables identification is generally not required when it is evident where the conductors originate.

Imo its not evident it you have multiple conductors (circuits) in a conduit

It's not and the NEC therefore requires that the individual circuits be marked or grouped to indicate which conductors go together. You can bundle them with tape, use a cable tie, mark the individual conductors with wire markers, etc.
