If i were to be bringing in my service-entrance conductors underground than into a gutter turn a 90 in the gutter would I size the width of my gutter per table 312-6(A). I'm dealing with two parrelel sets of 500. Ant help would be appreciated.

312.6a is correct however it sounds like you have an angle pull in which case you need to go to 314.28(A) (2) where it tells you the minmum size of the gutter must be 6 times the diameter of the largest raceway which I assume will be 3"? that calculates to 18 " however the code article says that is the distance between raceways. so you will probably need to go up to a the next standard size which is 24"in order to get 18 " between the pipes.
