I believe this is correct
using THWN I have 12 conductors to size a gutter

3) 4/0 - 3 X .642 = 1.926
6) 2/0 - 6 X .532 = 3.192
3) #2 - 3 X .352 = 1.056

total 6.174

6" X 6" = 36sq in X 20% = 7.2

So a 6X6 gutter would be the correct size
I'm a resi so dont batter me too hard;)

Those are diameters. You need to use area.

3) 4/0 - 3 X 0.3237 = 0.9711
6) 2/0 - 6 X 0.2223 = 1.3338
3) #2 - 3 X 0.1158 = 0.3474

total 2.6523 in?

2.6523 ? 20% = 13.2615 in?

√13.2615 = 3.64 in

Next size up 4X4.
