I know that is not a directly a electrical question, but we need a H&S advisor for my pv project in Maine, Anyone knows who can help us?

I guess the thing to do is start out with why you need one. Given you claim to be a designer of such things in your profile, one would think your company would have that expertise in house already.

Yes, we are designers and we have a everthing prepared to the UK. Now we have a project in Maine so we need to adapt our construction phase plan to OSHA regulation in the USA and Maine (it will be close but there will be small differences) Also, in the Uk, we have weekly visit of our advisor to check and advise externaly. WE have a big concern in H&S, and we are new in the USA. We will have help of our contractors (electrical and civil works are local), but we would like have a external consultory as the uk.

Hmmm. Offhand, I think you might be best served by finding a US general contractor to handle this kind of thing for you. It is not like you can just bring in someone for x dollars a week to fill out the forms.

You had to get a US professioanl engineer to design the thing anyway so he could put his seal on it. Why not ask him (or her)? That would be as good a place to start as any.

Really we are not looking for anybody to fill the forms, really we just need somebody to check that the forms meets OSHA and we will fill and sign them. Just advice. That´s the way we are working in the uk.

Dealing with OSHA, whether the fed or state version, is an industry unto itself. They need someone like these guys. This is not an endorsement of this particular firm. They just came up near the top when I Googled "OSHA consultants Maine".

there are lots of safety "consultants" out there that will be happy to show you how to fill out the forms. They seem to exist primarily or that purpose.

I think all the OSHA required forms come with pretty straightforward instructions from OSHA.
