I guess the thing to do is start out with why you need one. Given you claim to be a designer of such things in your profile, one would think your company would have that expertise in house already.
Hmmm. Offhand, I think you might be best served by finding a US general contractor to handle this kind of thing for you. It is not like you can just bring in someone for x dollars a week to fill out the forms.
You had to get a US professioanl engineer to design the thing anyway so he could put his seal on it. Why not ask him (or her)? That would be as good a place to start as any.

Really we are not looking for anybody to fill the forms, really we just need somebody to check that the forms meets OSHA and we will fill and sign them. Just advice. That´s the way we are working in the uk.
