does anyone know if the H27ICAT halo can will attach to a suspended ceiling
grid ? it doesn't look like it will...

The H27ICAT is designed for shallow ceilings. The bracket is the same bracket that the H7 ICT uses and I have used them for ceiling grids. I would call the Halo rep to be sure but I believe it will work.
