Hanging track light power ?

So here is a track light that some guys from my company I work for did , in my department we only do the service entrance for the buildings like the electrical room , so I was wondering is this a normal track light and how would the power connect to something like this ?

That one is a track light end fitting, There are others:

In "days of old" when track was real popular, the angle corners were usable as power feeds . Usually fed directly with a whip, and no j-box visible.

I have never seen a track as shown that didn't have a fitting to connect to it. As stated the live end fitting is one but the 90 degree fitting also has a 1/2" ko in the back where you can connect. There are fitting made that are cleaner looking but they don't have the ko to wire to.

This one has the access by removing the cover plate




The one on the left can be fed while the fitting on the right cannot.
