Hard up for money

A local drag line is being feed with 7000+ volts three phase. Some one decided to steal the wire for scrap. They found the ax head that it was struck with. No handle to speak of and a six foot deep hole where the voltage went to ground. The have not found any human remains. This happened yesterday and the police are still investigating.
